Again, Rosie is really hitting it big! But the part she has prepared is a two person dialogue so Stacey has to help her. When they come back upstairs for Rosie to do her acting bit, Rosie is going to read a part from a soap opera called 'The Brash and the Beautiful'. Stacey goes to work on her homework while Ms Yu and Uncle Dandy go to watch Rosie perform. Because we're supposed to think he's oafish so of course he's fat. What a brat! At four thirty, Rosie's agent, Ms Yu and Uncle Dandy arrive and Ann makes sure to point out he's fat. But Rosie actually says she's welcome to watch the audition. When they get home, they find a note from Mrs Wilder saying Uncle Dandy is coming at four thirty and Stacey should make herself scarce while he's there. We're supposed to see this as her being snotty again but how often has Karen showed confidence? All the fucking time because she's a black hole of attention? One of these days I'm gonna go through every 'problem' client and see how Karen has acted the exact same way. Well, Claudia was right about one thing, Rosie really is big time! Stacey asks if she's nervous and Rosie says she's never nervous. Rosie explains that she's auditioning for 'Uncle Dandy's Star Machine' which seems to be a public access talent show for kids. Stacey says they can practice for that but Rosie is like no, Uncle Dandy is coming over today. Stacey asks Rosie a little about herself and Rosie says she has a school crossword competition coming up. Because she got a little off topic?! She's seven! She thought that'd be interesting!Again, she's not being rude! She just doesn't quite have the social skills of other kids which is perfectly understandable given that most of her time is spent practicing for something or other! Give the kid a break! Stacey shows how compassionate the BSC is by saying Rosie isn't easy to like. Not much but she thought it was an interesting anecdote? But no, it's supposed to show how Rosie is stuck up. The other girls are rather rude little shits and ask her what the Hell that has to do with Disney World. They're talking about Disney World and seeing a Mickey Mouse mascot and Rosie says she had to wear one of those costumes once in a commercial. Stacey goes to pick Rosie up from school because her carpool couldn't make it and spots Rosie in a group of girls. Why doesn't that make you feel stupid, Kishi? Oh, because Karen is the golden child and can do no wrong. Rosie is just serious, Karen actively looks to hurt people. How come no one is ever 'stuck with' sitting Karen? She's way more rude than Rosie. It's Stacey's turn to be 'stuck with' sitting Rosie and Claudia is relieved. But finally I was like 'Quit screwing around!' and got to work on my snark. Which depressed Mal and Pax so I had to work on getting them happy again. And then I had to work extra hard because when I wasn't looking, Mal got an ugly boyfriend and I had to kill him. But you gotta understand, I've been making the BSC members and it's friggin' addicting! So far I've made Mallory and Pax/Jessi and Misty/Mary Anne and Tigger/and Claudia.
